Often times, the heart of that issue is a conflict.  Join CLE Performer Stuart Teicher as he explores mistakes lawyers make when billing, the issues with accepting crypto as a fee, and a host of other issues on conflicts of interest concerns.

In this program, Mr. Teicher will focus on…

  • What Johnny Depp teaches auto contingency fees —  Rule 1.5
  • Money, gifts, and conflicts — Rule 1.8
  • The dangers of crypto currency and Rule 1.15
  • And more!
