Terms and Conditions

ProPass purchase indicates acceptance of the following terms:

• ProPass can be purchased online with credit card only.
• ProPass includes On-Demand Video and Live Webcast courses.
• ProPass is for a term of 12 months from the date of purchase, and will auto-renew with subsequent 12-month terms until or unless user opts out of auto-renew. For instructions on opting out of auto-renewal, please visit our Knowledge Base.
• The ProPass subscription is for individual use only; we require one customer per subscription.
• ProPasses are non-transferable.
• The ProPass subscription cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
• Products purchased with ProPass are subject to your jurisdiction's distance learning credit limits
• Products purchased with ProPass must be completed within the subscription period. Subscriber access to content purchased as part of the subscription will end with the expiration of the subscription.
• ProPass does not apply to Bridge the Gap programs or Institutes, Symposiums, and Forums delivered via Webcast or In-Person. Please check the course's description before registering: If a course is not included in ProPass, that will be specified in the description. 
• ProPass is non-refundable.
