PBA's Federal Practice Committee and Immigration Law Committee has sent their best to construct this CLE.
Our esteemed faculty picks up where they left off in Novembers' Part I, available on demand HERE . This CLE will focus on litigating immigration cases involving criminal convictions before the Third Circuit. The panelists will discuss how to identify all appellate issues, discuss how to apply the categorical and modified categorical approach, and how to properly analyze state and federal statutes as they relate to immigration cases. The course will wrap up with a review of recent cases with Judge Fisher.
All attendees will receive the course materials as a digital book.
