Jeff Fromknecht then interviews Matthew Edwards, lead counsel for the Community Foundation for the Capital Region in MobilizeGreen Inc. v. Community Foundation for the Capital Region, a recent case in which a fiscal sponsor successfully defeated a nonprofit organization’s breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit.
