Overview

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a deleterious effect on the real estate landscape. Both landlords and tenants have been impacted as many businesses shut down in hopes of protecting the public and their employees. Although the worst of the pandemic is (hopefully) over, landlords and tenants will seek counsel to avoid the legal pitfalls they encountered during the pandemic. This presentation will help you navigate through commercial and residential lease provisions and strategies to successfully operate moving forward.

Recorded at the Real Estate Institute in December 2022.
