This session will explore the various social media tools which have a proven track record of producing positive results.  You will learn how innovative lawyers have successfully utilized social media as part of their client development and retention toolkit. The use of  social media in the substantive practice of law will be explored as well.  The numerous ethical pitfalls against which you must be vigilant when using social media --  whether on behalf of your clients or your firm -- will be covered in this session.
