About

Join us in our third annual update on election laws and their challenges.

In our panel "Update on Pennsylvania and Federal Election Litigation" you will learn what issues have been the focus of litigation in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. Issues range from drop boxes, canvassing, curing mail in ballots, the independent state legislature theory, and more.

In our panel on "What are Other States Doing that Pennsylvania Isn't - and Should Pennsylvania Do It?", there will be discussion of issues including automatic voter registration, ranked choice voting, open primaries, voter ID requirements, the Joint State Government Committee Election Law Advisory Board's 2023 Interim Report, as well as other issues.

Our diverse panel includes lawyers and other individuals who have represented and advocated these issues on multiple sides.

Co-sponsored with the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil and Equal Rights Committee.

All attendees will receive the course book as a digital download.

Recorded in June 2023.
