The pandemic shined a light on the importance of employer handbook policies. The need for policies addressing COVID-19 workplace mitigation measures, employee testing, mask mandates, leaves of absences, remote work, vaccine mandates, disability and religious exemptions all converged at lightning speed to challenge human resources teams and employment law attorneys. This session will explore the importance of fundamental employee handbook policies as well as those that will weather the challenges posed by the shifting demands of the pandemic.
