With a particular focus on Pennsylvania law, this presentation will discuss how to navigate your way through the maze to ensure compliance with protected leave rights, all while still managing attendance. We will review leave laws and provide critical updates, analyze workplace policies, discuss best practices and explore several hypothetical situations.
