Ms. Brandt is a Shareholder and Chair of the Family Law Group of Cozen O’Connor, a national law firm with over 800 attorneys. She focuses her practice on divorce, custody and support matters both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Brandt also assists parties in adoptions and in matters concerning incapacitated persons and handles family law mediations and arbitrations. She regularly appears as a legal commentator on national television outlets such as Court TV, CNN, ABC, MSNBC and the Fox News Channel and she is a regular contributor on the regional channel, Fox 29. Ms. Brandt has also appeared locally on television and radio including KYW-TV (CBS 3), WPVI (6 ABC), WCAU (NBC 10 Television) and KYW News Radio. She has contributed to numerous publications including the Philadelphia Inquirer, the National Law Journal, Forbes.com, the Huffington Post and Main Line Today magazine. She is the author of the blog Family Law Focus (www.familylawfocusblog.com) and is a monthly contributor to the Avvo-Martindale blog. Ms. Brandt has been named by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and one of American Lawyer Media’s Lawyers on the Fast Track as well as one of the Ten Leaders in Matrimonial and Divorce Law, age 45 and under. Ms. Brandt is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations. She is the Secretary of the ABA Family Law Section and a member of the Finance Committee. She is also the ABA FLS liaison to the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism.  Ms. Brandt is also a co-chair of the Children’s Rights Committee of the PBA. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of family law and practice management for national and local organizations. Ms. Brandt received her B.A., with highest honors, from Rutgers College in 1991 and earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, where she was a Senior Editor of the Journal of International Business law and an Arthur Littleton Fellowship Instructor in legal research and writing. 

Ms. Marino is an of counsel attorney at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, practicing primarily in the Harrisburg and Lancaster offices. She has been practicing family law exclusively for over a decade and focuses her practice on complex and high-net-worth matters. Ms. Marino currently serves on the PBA Family Law Section’s Council, Program Committee, and as a Member-At-Large on the Family Law Section Executive Committee. She also serves on the Dauphin County Family Law Advisory Committee, and she is a past chairwoman of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s and Lancaster Bar Association’s Family Law Sections. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Marino practices collaborative law and serves as a mediator for all family law disputes. She is a past co-president of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.

Ms. Behers is a principal in the Pittsburgh law firm of Raphael, Ramsden & Behers, P.C., where her practice is concentrated in family law. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she is a former member of the Board of Governors, a past chair of the Family Law Section, former chair of the Professionalism Committee, and former co-chair of the Ad Hoc Rules Committee. Ms. Behers is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she was the Chair of the Family Law Section. Ms. Behers was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as a member of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee and served as the Chair of the committee. Mr. McDonald is a sole practitioner in Jamison, Bucks County.  He was previously a partner with the Montgomery County estate law firm of Smith, Aker, Grossman & Hollinger, LLP.  He continues to devote his practice to Orphans’ Court litigation, as he has for the past 23 years, including will contests, will and trust interpretation cases, estate and trust accounting litigation, both contested and uncontested guardianships, and fiduciary disputes.  He is the former Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Probate and Tax Section, former Director of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Foundation, and former Chair of the Orphans’ Court Rules Committee.  He received his J.D. with honors from Widener Law Center and a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.  He is an author and lecturer for P.B.I. and the Montgomery Bar Association and Bucks County Bar Association on the topic of Orphans’ Court litigation.  Earlier this year he was a co-presenter of a seminar before the Berks County Bench Bar Conference on the subject of the Dead Man’s Rule, and also co-presented the subject to the Bucks County Bar Association’s Orphans’ Court Section.  He resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children. 

Mr. DeDiana is a sole practitioner in Greensburg. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Cornell Law School. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation; a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a member of its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and Elder Law Section. Mr. Hoffmeyer is CEO and founder of the law firm of Hoffmeyer & Semmelman, LLC, concentrating his practice in the areas of real estate and zoning law, corporate law, estate planning, estate administration and elder law. He has also been an expert witness throughout Pennsylvania in the area of real estate law including, but not limited to, attorney and title insurance agent malpractice. Mr. Hoffineyer has presented for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Bankers’ Association, the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, the National Business Institute, and for various bar associations throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on real estate, estates and probate, and the unauthorized practice of law. He wrote The Abstractor’s Bible, Contracts of Sale for Real Estate, How to Plot a Deed, and Settlement Procedures Manual. He served as Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee from 1992-2000, and Co­ chair since 2000. Mr. Boulden is a partner in the Fort Washington firm of Timoney Knox, LLP, where he concentrates on estate litigation he also does estate administration and estate planning. He received his B.A. with honors from West Chester University and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Executive Honor Board and was named to the Order of Barristers. Mr. Boulden has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the years 2007 through the present. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2014. Mr. Boulden served as an officer of the Montgomery County Bar Association Probate and Tax Section. He has served as a co-chairperson of the Montgomery County Orphans’ Court Rules Committee.  Mr. Boulden is a frequent lecturer on estate- and orphans’ court–related topics and has served on the faculties of numerous Pennsylvania Bar Institute programs. Mr. Yarsky received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton (1970) and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law (1976). He is a shareholder and director of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. in Pittsburgh and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Yarsky’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, business and banking, estate planning, estate administration, creditors’ rights and civil litigation, including contract, construction and title insurance litigation. His real estate practice with developers, investors and lenders includes acquisition, development, construction, finance, leasing and zoning. Mr. Yarsky has lectured on real estate law for the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Community College of Allegheny County, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and various other providers of continuing legal education. He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, has held various offices in the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and chaired that section in 1996. Mr. Yarsky is a past member of council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He served on the Landlord-Tenant Advisory Rules Committee of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Mr. Hume is a Shareholder in the Harrisburg office of Saxton & Stump, a full-service Lancaster-based law firm. He is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group and a member of the Business and Corporate Law Group. In his practice, Mr. Hume advises clients through all aspects of real estate transactions and development. He represents landowners and developers in the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial and residential real estate. His practice also includes the creation, development, and administration of commercial and residential condominiums and planned communities. In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Hume also has significant experience in oil, gas, and mineral law matters and in commercial loan origination. He is a licensed title agent. Mr. Hume has presented several times on issues related to real estate law including easements, condominiums and planned communities, stormwater management, oil and gas law, and pipelines. He received his B.A. in Government from Lehigh University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Hume served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael A. Georgelis of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
