Faculty

Cory Iannacone Esq.

Mr. Iannacone is a principal with Pillar Aught LLC in Harrisburg and is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He counsels both public and private sector employers in labor and employment matters including union organization campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, interest arbitrations, defense of grievances, defense of unfair labor practice charges, and decertification of unions. In addition, Mr. Iannacone has counseled and successfully defended both public and private sector employers against discrimination and retaliation claims brought in state and federal court, as well as complaints filed with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – including claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and many other federal and state laws impacting employers.

Ari Karpf Esq.

Mr. Karpf is a
partner at Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C. He graduated with honors in
his undergraduate studies and within the top of his class at Thomas M. Cooley
Law School. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Karpf taught
introductory law school classes at Thomas M. Cooley Law School while working
for attorneys and law firms in Michigan. He thereafter relocated to
Pennsylvania where he focuses his litigation on civil rights and employment
law. Mr. Karpf is admitted to practice within the state and federal courts in
Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Third Circuit of Appeals, and practices in
other states around the country in various federal lawsuits. He has litigated
hundreds of employment and civil rights cases and has served as co-counsel
and lead counsel in many state and federal employment trials.

Bobbi Tucker Esq.

Ms. Britton Tucker practices in Cozen O’Connor’s Labor and Employment Department. She devotes her practice to representing employers in a wide variety of employment and labor-related matters, and defending employers’ interests before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and labor arbitrators. Having worked for 10 years as a professional in the field of Human Resources, Ms. Britton Tucker is able to uniquely understand clients’ needs and issues, and provide both a practical and legal approach to employee and labor relations Ms. Britton Tucker also regularly counsels employers and trains managers on a variety of personnel-related issues including anti-discrimination; implicit or unconscious bias; hiring, evaluating and disciplining/discharging employees; performance coaching and counseling; drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements; and  wage and hour compliance. Additionally, she works on implementing proactive employee and labor relations practices, to avoid unnecessary litigation and to develop and sustain a positive and productive team of employees Ms. Britton Tucker received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Solomon Krevsky Esq.

Concentrating exclusively in the area of employment law for 25+ years, Mr. Krevsky has dedicated his practice to employment law and litigation in state and federal court and at the administrative agency level. He has developed extensive experience handling complex litigation arising from workplace disputes including sexual and racial harassment; age, race, gender, religion and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, and other claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Family and Medical Leave Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; and the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law.  Mr. Krevsky handles matters involving all aspects of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation in the workplace; as well as whistleblower and wrongful termination cases.  He has vast experience drafting and negotiating executive and physician employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and separation/severance agreements.  The firm  also provides counsel and advice to corporate clients to forestall liability through education and cooperative human resource decision-making.  Solomon advises businesses on the creation and maintenance of employee handbook/manual, and compliance issues involving employment laws.  Solomon has developed a keen sense of workplace dynamics which serves him well in connection with the investigation and resolution of workplace harassment/discrimination issues, as well as the defense of legal claims.  He also conducts harassment and other workplace training for corporate clients. He is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on topics involving employment law and litigation and has served as an adjunct professor of employment law at Villanova University. Mr. Krevsky is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a former officer of the Employment Rights Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of New Hampshire School of Law (1994), and a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College (1986).  Solomon is an active community volunteer and has been appointed to the Board of Directors of various non-profit organizations, and recently completed his term as Board President for Theatre Harrisburg.  In his spare time, Solomon enjoys fitness training and competing in a variety of sports including tennis, racquetball, and basketball.  He has been inducted into the Harrisburg Jewish Community Sports Hall of Fame. Solomon is married with three children.
