Overview

Second marriages, blended families, single-parents, and non-married couples–these are just some examples of the modern family. This program highlights key issues that attorneys must consider to ensure that clients’ assets are preserved and transferred to intended loved ones. Panelists will also discuss the implications of unmarried life partner relationships for Medicaid planning. A great course for attorneys whose practice areas have estate planning consequences or attorneys who are new to estate planning.

Recorded in October 2023.
